OUTDOOR GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING
Hour-long group strength training that meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 6:00 am near Milburn Park in Cedar Park, TX, and 8:30 am in the Steiner Ranch community in Austin, TX. This option also includes a live virtual class on Tuesday/Thursday mornings at 6:30 am and access to the recordings of these classes. If you are looking for a challenging workout, community, accountability, direct coaching, and fun, this is the class for you!
VIRTUAL STRENGTH TRAINING
Hour-long live virtual strength training on Tuesday/Thursday mornings at 6:30 am through Zoom. This option includes access to the recordings of the classes. If you are looking for a challenging workout, convenience, flexibility, and community, this is the class for you!
PERSONAL TRAINING
For the individual with specific goals in a personalized setting. These sessions take place in a private gym in the Cypress Mill neighborhood in Cedar Park, TX. In these sessions exercise variations are implemented to suit the specific needs of your body. If you are looking for a strength training session that is completely tailored to you and your needs, this option is for you! *Includes a complimentary first session where I’ll put you through a bit of a workout, watch movement patterns, range of motion etc. This information will be used to develop a customized program to help you reach your goals if you decide to train with me.

SEMI-PRIVATE STRENGTH TRAINING
For the individual with specific goals in a semi-private gym setting. Capacity per group is 2-4 people. This option provides aspects of personalization but is more affordable than 1:1 personal training and has the added bonus of accountability and community. If you would like the best of both worlds this option is for you!

INDIVIDUAL NUTRITION/LIFESTYLE COACHING
In this program, I meet you where you are. We look at your goals and current habits and start working toward a happier healthier you! It includes 1:1 sessions and check-ins and is very personalized for you.

ONLINE STRENGTH TRAINING
For the individual who needs the ultimate flexibility in when, where and how long they train. These sessions can be completed anywhere at your convenience. Simply open your app, record reps and weights used during your session to track your progress through your program week to week. The app includes form videos so that you know exactly how to complete each exercise. You also have me (your trainer) in your back pocket to answer any questions along the way and help with accountability to help you reach your goals. These workouts can be custom to you or follow the same programming as my group strength sessions (depending on what you need). *If you go the custom route, it Includes a complimentary first session (through zoom) where I’ll put you through a bit of a workout, watch movement patterns, range of motion etc. This information will be used to develop a customized program to help you reach your goals.
